    Being healthy doesn’t mean never enjoying a chocolate again.

    Try picking a day (perhaps the one you’ve selected as a rest day for exercise) and use it as a reward for a week of eating healthy and exercising.

    Eat and drink what you want – WARNING - that doesn’t mean binge away.

    Simply enjoy your ‘treat’ of choice then get back to working towards
    your goal.
