Find a buddy.

Finding it hard to keep to an exercise program? If we know there’s someone waiting for us, it’s harder to talk ourselves out of healthy choices. Find someone with similar fitness goals, or someone who already is doing what you want. Ask them do they mind if you join them.
Try that group activity you’ve always wanted to have a go at – there’s so many out there, from gym to swimming, and you’re sure to find the right one for you with a little searching.
Alternatively, you could make your own group. Find some like-minded souls, and set yourselves up with regular meetings and inspiring goals. Make everyone accountable to their new goals, and help each other when motivation flags.
Have fun with it - fine each other a dollar if you don’t show up! At the end of the month, treat the group with the fines, maybe putting them towards going out for a meal for a job well done.
