While it’s tempting to make healthy changes in your life then expect to wake the next day with a new body …… don’t. You’re only setting yourself up for disappointment thinking like that. Whether you’re ready to admit it or not, you’ve put time and energy into looking and feeling exactly the way you do today. It has taken you years to get this body and these energy levels, so change won’t happen overnight.
The upside of this is that the longer it takes to lose the weight, the longer it will stay off.
By setting up achievable, enjoyable lifestyle changes, you have a far better chance of sticking to them for the rest of your life.
